• The optional listed pool fee of JPY 7,000 per person, per day, applies to guests ages 16 and above on weekdays, and JPY 9,000 on weekends and holidays for access to the Sky Pool. The same optional pool fee per person, per day, applies to guests ages 13 and above for access to the Diamond Pool. The pool fee for children ages 4-12 is JPY 5,000 on weekdays and JPY 7,000 on weekends and holidays. Children ages 0-3 have access to the Diamond Pool at no charge.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities and pool.

A scheduled power outage will take place on January 8 and 14, 2025 from 1-5 AM. All facilities that use power, including elevators will not be available during this time. There may be a 6-hour delay with internet access after power is restored. A scheduled carpet installation will take place January 6-20, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM. Guests can expect to hear work-related noises during this time. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plans for children ages 0-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee.
